Some will say that drinking a lot of water doesn’t necessarily help your skin. What they mean to say is that drinking more than the recommended eight 8oz-glasses of water per day is unnecessary. However, most of us don’t drink that much water to begin with. So before reaching for that diet Coke, fill up a glass of water. Finish that and then you can think about caffeine.
Also, don’t forget that caffeine and alcohol dehydrate you, so you probably will need more than the recommended daily value anyway.
